I am grateful for all my problems … after each one was overcome, I became stronger. I grew in all my difficulties.

We hear things like this a lot. 'Failure is good.' 'If at first you don't succeed ...' 'Nothing ventured, nothing gained.' And on. And on. We even believe it - most of us. Except when it comes to this failure, this difficulty, this seemingly insurmountable problem that we're facing right this minute. Gratitude for problems, if it comes at all, always seems to come in retrospect. But if you could change that - if you could see every problem as an opportunity to grow stronger and better able to cope with future difficulties - wouldn't that be something? Oh, wait. You can.
